1. About the Service
SelfieAI is an AI-powered image generation service. The photos produced are synthetic images created from visual references provided by the user and our database. No celebrity endorses, sponsors, or is associated with this service.
2. Image Usage
Generated images are for personal use and entertainment only. Users agree not to use the images for defamation, misinformation, fraud, or any illegal purpose. We recommend that when sharing images, you mention that they were generated by artificial intelligence.
3. Rights and Limitations
Users receive a personal, non-exclusive license to use the generated images. SelfieAI is not responsible for misuse of images by users. We reserve the right to refuse or remove content that violates these terms.
4. Payment and Refunds
Payments are processed via Pix and are non-refundable after image generation. In case of technical failure preventing generation, the full amount will be refunded.
5. Availability
Generated images are available for download for 7 days after generation. After this period, images are permanently deleted from our servers.
6. Modifications
These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
7. Minimum Age
This service is intended for users aged 13 and older. By using SelfieAI, you confirm that you are 13 years old or older. Users under 13 should not use this service.
8. Responsible Use
Generated images are synthetic and created by artificial intelligence. It is prohibited to use images for: defamation, fraud, identity falsification, harassment, or any illegal purpose. SelfieAI reserves the right to refuse service and report misuse to the appropriate authorities.
